Shaun Bartley is the Founder and Managing Director of Crown Technical Staffing, Atlanta’s leading Executive Search and Engineering Recruitment Firm.
As Managing Director, Shaun is responsible for managing and driving an exclusive/retained search, specializing in delivering top talent quickly. Prior to taking on this role, Shaun was handpicked to lead the nationwide business development initiatives of a family-owned Technical and Engineering Staffing Firm that was beginning to expand into various Engineering Departments at existing and new clients.
Shaun was responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for their Engineering & Technical Sales Department and increased market share by +23% during his tenure. He then moved into senior business development and training roles at various agencies with a focus on building a diverse group of Manufacturing and Engineering clientele. Shaun is adept at advising senior executives and mid-level management teams on talent strategies and executive search.
Shaun studied in the U.S. at Hobart and William Smith Colleges and in Dakar, Senegal at Universite Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD). He lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two (energetic!) toddlers. He is an alum of AFS-USA and a huge advocate for study abroad programs that expose students to life outside of their cities.
