About You

• 3 – 5 years of supervisory and/or managerial experience in the relevant industries
• Bring a robust background in spring, metals, or coils industries.
• Possess a strong ISO audit and technical leadership background.
• Drive innovative solutions without formal training, leveraging natural curiosity.
• Navigate both technical and managerial aspects of a small manufacturing environment.
