- Uncapped 10% commission on all sales, with potential commissions as high as 17% for escalating revenue contributions.
- You enjoy working with small manufacturers who are on a 30-40% revenue growth trajectory over the next 3 years
- Salary range: $90,000 – $120,000, with potential up to $130,000 for exceptional candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Blend technical expertise with sales, dedicating 60% of your time to sales presentations with manufacturing reps and 40% to technical tasks (completing the specifications of units in commercial facilities – hospitals, schools, hotels, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales on projects initially, then lead them independently.
- Build and manage robust client relationships, aiming to bill between $500K – $1MM by the end of year one.
- Play a crucial role in business development.
- Partner with the sole engineer to support and expand technical capabilities.
About You:
- Naturally curious, mechanically inclined engineer that is looking for something different
- Possess a degree in engineering with a significant mechanical aptitude.
- Ideally hold ASHRAE certification and have a self-starting mindset.
- Thrive in a small, remote-oriented company environment.
