What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as a key technical liaison across engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams
- Translate customer specs into technical drawings, proposals, and actionable solutions
- Support long-term custom spring design and production projects
- Prepare CAD models, cost estimates, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Attend trade shows and client meetings to grow relationships and market visibility
About You
- Enjoy small manufacturing facilities and the ability to interface with both blue-collar workers and technical engineering teams
- U.S Citizenship is non-negotiable
- Hold a technical degree in engineering
- Have experience in spring manufacturing, metal fabrication, or custom-engineered products
- Comfortable communicating with both shop-floor teams and executive-level customers
- Ready to relocate to Houston, Texas and thrive in a collaborative environment
